umm umm good?

Can you blog about a stomach bug? Only when your patient is on the mend I guess! The problem is now 4 out of 6 Waters have had the bug! Here is Kate, feeling much better, thank goodness! Tomato Soup in a pretty bowl always helps!

Inspired by Annie South and her directing me to this great blog, I decided to take a photograph of my newest obsession! Instead of fresh flowers I have been putting fresh herbs in containers all over the house! Here is one of them! (Kale and parsley!) It's fresh and so so affordable!

Here it is! Back in November? October, maybe? I did the photo styling for Southwestern Publishing's feature home in their February issue of Edmond Monthly. This is the cover of the magazine which is a shot in the informal dining room.

This is the last photo from '09...we will move on to '10! But I wanted to get this one of Greg and Jack and Cooper on the beach last summer!

Jack's Celtic 98 team placed first in the Norman Classic Cup! The boys were awesome, beating teams a year older than them!

A great birthday!

December 22, 2009 was a great day! It was the perfect birthday filled with lots of time with family and friends! Thanks to all who made it special!

Chrismas 2009

Christmas Eve '09 turned out to be a crazy one! We had record snowfall that was absolutely beautiful! Charlie, our beloved dog, loved it! Here he is out on the patio!
Backing up a bit to December '09...Elizabeth was chosen with 13 other girls and 14 boys to take part in her middle schools annual "Hanging of the Green". We are so proud of her! It was a great day, especially since we got to share it with our dear friends Mike and Katy Powers and their son Peyton, who was also a "hanger" and Dee Dee and Pop and Jo Jo!
Welcome to our blog! Seriously, I didn't really understand what these things were (yes, I was born in the 60's!) but recently looked at a friends. She did this when they were living away from family to keep them up to date. I thought it would be a great way to do the same! It's really easy and I hope that you join us so we can keep up to date on you as well!
So, here we go. I am going to try and figure out how to put a couple of pictures on here!
We love each of you!
